OFFERING YOU A SAFER ACCOMMODATION

What make us safer:

• The Cottage is self-contained and totally independent with its own private access and veranda.

• Your room is equipped with its own separate air conditioning unit

• We provide contact-less check-in / check-out procedures.

• We carry out regular bio-Cleaning of all touchable surfaces including handles, knobs, switches, remotes, handrails using specially tested C-19 hospital grade disinfectants.

• Fabrics are steamed and Linen are machine washed to higher temperature

• You will find in your room hand sanitiser, gloves, medical wipes, masks and no-touch rubbish bins

• We offer free Covid Rapid Antigen Test on request

• Our B&B has only one rented unit, so you will not interact with any other guests.

• We are located 5 minutes from a medical Emergency centre.

• Your cottage is equipped with a smoke alarm.

• A fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and a First Aid kit are located in the bathroom above the washing machine.

BASIC HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS

• Let us know your time of arrival to facilitate contact-less check-in.

• If you feel unwell or symptomatic only, please let us know and Keep a safe 1-metre distance from hosts. Masks are available in your cottage.  Please use one of the free Rapid Antigen Tests provided and let us know the results.​

 

If you are Covid+, your reservation will be honoured under the following conditions:

• Let us know immediately

• Scan our Covid QR code below

• Place yourself under self-isolation, wear a mask and avoid contact with hosts and visitors

• Seek medical attention if necessary

• A NZ$100.00 extra charge may apply to partially cover disinfection and 24hrs closure after your departure.

FIRE AND POLICE EMERGENCY OF ANY SORT

Our cottage location is very safe and we never had issues with unwanted visitors. Security lights and alarm system are also in operation at the property. If you have any concerns, Christian our manager is only a minute away.

Onehunga Fire and Police stations are only minutes away.
